In this web-based session, facilitators Tracey Andrejko, Andy Aspaas, and Shawn Simonson will explore student assessment in the POGIL classroom, whether that be in a face-to-face, online, or hybrid environment.  Andrejko (Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth), Aspaas (Anoka-Ramsey Community College), and Simonson (Boise State University) will address your questions:
  • How do we measure learning in a POGIL classroom?
  • How do we know if students are meeting the learning and process objectives?
  • How do we know if students are successfully practicing the process skills that are key to POGIL?

Registration for this event is limited to 36 people.  Registrants will be sent a Zoom meeting invitation 1-2 days prior to the webinar.  Please note that the session begins at 7 PM Eastern Time (6 PM Central/5 PM Mountain/4 PM Pacific) The session is scheduled for 75 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:  Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact Julie Boldizar at julie.boldizar@pogil.org.  Registered participants who cancel by October 7, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $5 administrative fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 7, 2020.
