Event Description:
Do you have an idea for a POGIL activity you'd like to write? Would you like some help writing a short activity that you can pilot with students and refine? If so, we invite you to join us for Sprint Activity Writing. In a 90-minute virtual session, we will each draft a mini activity, starting with learning objectives and working backwards. This is a great way to review workshop content on effective learning objectives, robust models, learning cycles, etc.
Registration Deadline: November 12, 2021
Registration for this event is limited to 40 people. Registrants will be sent a Zoom meeting link 2 days prior to the session. Please note that the session begins at 7 PM Eastern Time (6 PM Central/5 PM Mountain/4 PM Pacific) and is scheduled for 90 minutes.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact Julie Boldizar at julie.boldizar@pogil.org. Registered participants who cancel by November 8, 2021 will receive a refund minus a $5 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 8, 2021.
